Including the fascists who won election (sigh...) in my country last Sept 25, 2022...Of course

 

I'm upset because of this ....But I do acknowledge there were lots of reasons as to why many voted for them.....That includes the failing policies of the Democratic Party which is supposed to be a centre-left party while in actuality its actions & decisions make it appear as a rightwing party......Sad...It acted as a traitor of its own principles and the ones of the People who (used to) believe in them...Infact it lost a lot of votes this time....Well-deserved...

 

Recently people voted in free consultations organized by the party open to everybody....Elly Schlein got elected new head of the party  against all odds (odds which were favoring her opponent Stefano Bonaccini ).......Elly ( Italian-American) is a great individual and I'm pretty sure she will be able to give a different course (more rooted to people real issues) to the party....At last.....

 

Last minute note:  I'm starting getting disappointed with her ( Elly Schlein) not strong enough stances about a lot of issues already.....More attributes needed in order to contrast the fascists in charge at the moment (prime minister Meloni and all the others...)
