Record high coral in Great Barrier Reef: Marine Physicist

 

Marine Physicist Dr Peter Ridd says there has been “record high coral” in the Great Barrier Reef.

Mr Ridd says this is depsite the “supposedly devastating four hot water bleaching events”.

 

“Of the 3000 reefs … we haven’t lost a single one,” Mr Ridd told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

The Marine Physicist raised concerns about the media misreporting climate change and its effect on the Great Barrier Reef.

 

“It’s not just the media that are misreporting this but also the climate council is putting out this stuff.”
