Cant enter the chat room

When I log on everything goes great except it will not let me into the chat room. It says that an error has occured and to try again in a few minutes, this has been going on for several days, please let me know what to do thank you. try clearing your cookies and updating your java!! Reboot after you have cleared the cookies and try again!! Hope this works
