question about oil auctions

i dont know for sure but i was told that the oil auctions iraq has had havent been scheduled to be paid for until after the first of the year,and i dont know whether its going to be paid in iqd or usd but it seems to me that they might have scheduled it that way if its true so they might pull an rv and have time before it is paid which if it was sold for iqd would make them much more money anyone have any insight on this thanks
