k98nights Posted June 17, 2010 Report Share Posted June 17, 2010 Basra plans to establish an industrial city Thursday, June 17th 2010 2:20 PM Basra, June 17 (AKnews) - "Basra province will implement some projects financed by Basra's budget at a cost of more than 50 billion Iraqi dinars in many service areas," Basra governor announced on Thursday. "Many projects will be implemented and financed by the budget of Basra province at a cost of more than 50 billion Iraqi dinars in many service areas and the first project is to establish an industrial city for 40 billion dinars that includes industrial parks of various sizes and will be distributed on the industrial sector," Shiltagh Abboud said."The other project is an irrigation project that starts from Kuteiban river at the Iranian border and then to the FAW and the value of this project is more than ten billion Iraqi dinars and there is another project that is importing 200 electricity generators from an Iraqi company in Diyala province."
