" He pointed out that "the Baghdad Municipality has adopted the concept of comprehensive planning and development of the city, which looks at all the urban development issues as well as the adoption of an approach makes planning is an ongoing process that can not be confined within the framework lasts for a limited period and then what soon to lose a lot of its components as a result of changed circumstances and the data on which it is ". He pointed out that the comprehensive development scheme project included several important aspects of the regional Kalatar the city of Baghdad and the economic aspect and the reality of land uses and uses industrial and service the infrastructure and systems of urban information and relations with the strategic requirements of the urban. "On the other hand discussed the secretariat of Baghdad with the Baghdad Provincial Council regional development plan in order to complete the implementation of projects in various service sectors. 
The Secretariat said in a press statement on Monday that "the Secretariat held a lengthy meeting in the presence of secretary anniversary Alloush and the head of the Baghdad Provincial Council Riad dentex and head of Baghdad Services Authority and a number of members of the Board and the Directors-General involved in the Municipality of Baghdad and were able to discuss the funding of the budget projects the development of regions and ways to strengthen the reality of services in the capital Baghdad. The statement added that "the meeting included discussion of the prospects for bilateral work between the Municipality of Baghdad and the provincial council through a policy of joint cooperation in the field of implementation of projects and the provision of services and to provide the necessary financial allocations."He said the "topics that were discussed during the meeting included the definition of ongoing projects and priorities of the government in Baghdad and carrier lines for sanitation, including Baghdad line and stations landfill five pistons needed by municipalities not covered by these pistons previously for waste recycling and allocations of supervision and control over the amount of 2% of projects." He pointed out that "the two sides agreed on the need to overcome all the difficulties and problems to be solved through the development, including contributing to the advance of reconstruction and construction forward and accelerate the process of completing service projects appropriate mechanisms."
