imgesing Posted November 27, 2013 Report Share Posted November 27, 2013 Premier Maliki welcomes agreement on Iranian nuclear issue 11/24/2013 8:47 PM BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Premier Nouri al-Maliki welcomed the agreement reached between Iran and the six countries on its nuclear program, describing it as "a great step for the stability of the region". In a statement by his office, Premier Maliki expressed hopes to continue trust among all parties against nuclear proliferation in the region, but he added that "Iran has the right to have a peaceful nuclear program". He expressed his hopes that this agreement will be the start to empty the region from mass destruction weapons. Iran signed today with the UN Security Council's countries, in addition to Germany, a temporarily agreement on its nuclear issue, after long discussions among all parties, where Iraq hosted one of the negoritaions' meetings in 2011. The agreement will ease the economic sanctions against that led to the deterioration of Iranian currency.
