From what I read, Iraq has done most of the items listed and have made an attempt to do them all.  I think we are headed in the right direction, we just don't know when.  I find it interesting that in the article it talks about the IQD was devalued 666,000 percent when the NID came out.  Why is it not fesible for it to regain 1000 percent just as fast.  Hmmmm   Go RV and let all doubts and questions be answered.
