Currency cancellation machines from a 02-09-2009 post off dv(huh?)

I just ran accross an old post from feb 22 2009 Headline read CBI getting currency cancellation machines and that they were requesting that potential venders of these machines have them to the CBI by 28 days from that article date. Supposedly it was on the CBI website. Can any of you dinar holders ellaborate any at all if this was a legite article from the cbi.iq And what gives I never saw anything on it and I have looked all over the place 6 months or so .I got really excited and then thought to look at the date and then the air in my balloon seeped out and fell over... flop ...Quick joke for you..Do you know what 2 famous things the USA and IRAQ have in common with each other????
