Iraq budget?

Does anyone believe we will see and or decipher a R.V. rate once the budget is posted. I have been on the fence with what I have read as to if there is any validity to the budget showing us a potential rate for a R.V. Thanks in advance for any enlightening responses.

The passing of the so called Iraqi budget is not monumental to me. We will not see a change in the value of IQD.

I totally agree.  The passing of the budget is not going to give us a rate.  Everything will remain the way it is.  I would be in shock if we see what the rate will be.

The budget is a totally different. That is what they project they will spend during the year.

 

If there is an RV everything will be adjusted accordingly.
