Said the head of the parliamentary
Virtue Ammar Tohme rebalancing proposal for a government that does not

Tohme said in a press statement
Thursday that any increase in allocations would lead to an increase in

with important international institutions such as the International
Monetary Fund and the World Bank. 

He added that it is possible to
provide additional allocations for the development of the regions
