Washingtons Nightmare

Before the internet came into our lives we counted on the news media to keep us informed as to what our government was up to.

Most of the time by the time we found out it was already to late to do anything to prevent it and all we could do was lodge a complaint.Unfortunately there was not enough news or people listening to be able to prevent politicians from undermining the American people.

The internet has changed that in a big way.The internet has become a weapon of We the People.

Through the internet We the People now know just how corrupt our Government officials really are.

Through the internet We the People have found out that the media is not the last bastion of unbiased truth.

Through the internet we have discovered that the press is nothing more then Washington's propaganda machine.

Through the internet we now have the ability to stop their schemes and dreams before they implement them.

I really don't think they saw this coming I think they saw the internet as a tool for big business to keep us spending

and a tool to monitor our behavior and moods in order to herd us on the path they have selected for us.

Before the Bush administration we had to rely on the press to let us know what Washington was up to.

By the time you got the word out and mobilized it was to late the law was passed and the only recourse was to take your chance with the courts which took years and tons of money.

If you were able to succeed the damage was already done and irreparable.

Today we have a tool that gives the power back to We the People we can get information out and mobilize in hours and days instead of weeks and months.

Through the internet we have acquired a weapon of mass destruction.We must use this weapon freely and often.

So I issue this warning stolen from the famed Texas Rangers to Washington DC and the nation's Press Corps.
