ISX question

I've decided to roll the dice and open a ISX account. I already have a Warka account. I have the form with the 3 signatures. I got my passport and ID. My questions are these: When I send my signature sheet and copies of my passport and ID to the Chamber of Commerce, do the copies have to be in color? Is it still $103 total? Thanks for any help. I called them earlier in the year and spoke to them and they directed me here. They were very nice to speak with.

I believe you should send colored copies of your passport and drivers license to them.
