Secretary general of the party Isam Adel Tarzi said: "The Turkmen MPs must study the situation very well and take into account the interests of the Turkmen in the issue of withdrawal of confidence from the government. They should discuss their participation in the next government and their positions in it." Tarzi questioned: "Did the current government apply its promises to the Turkmen?", adding that the answer is known to all political observers. "We in the party and through our follow-up for the policy of the current government, nothing was given for the Turkmen." The disputes between Iraqiya and SLC over most political issues have been present since the formation of the current government in 2010.
