Baghdad {: News} Euphrates MP for the coalition of state law were part of the National Alliance, Haitham al-Jubouri, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will not come to the House of Representatives if the questioning is unconstitutional or illegal.

Jubouri said in a statement to Agence {Euphrates News} on Monday that "Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will not attend a meeting of the Council of Representatives if the interrogation process is unconstitutional or illegal," saying they will challenge interrogation at the Federal Court if they have no doubt that this inquiry is political.

"We want the process of questioning related to the issue of professional-Maliki at the same time based on evidence and documents proving the inefficiency of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki in his administration of the government and then we will welcome interrogation."

He said that "when the measures are completed by the issue of interrogation Vmtbanna al-Maliki is said to be openly questioning the Iraqi people in order to put all the problems before the people to decide who is the owner of the right and from the negligent."

He stressed that "the need to question al-Maliki to five the number of deputies no need approximately 65 deputy and sign on to question the prime minister.
