I believe Adam knows if it was taken based upon available data. I tried to find the repayment schedule that was previously posted (link was here) and looked at the IMF site without success. However, I remember clearly seeing that all the balances were zero, which effectively nullifies the conclusions by breitling. I would like to have the IMF press them to RV soon; however, I believe they (Iraq) have a number in mind and are holding out to RV there (and I suspect it is higher than the IMF number).
