Chop 2 medium onions.Chop 2 bell peppers.Chop 1 cup jalepeno peppers (if desired).Mince 1 clove of garlic.Mix everything in with the ground beef, cook until the ground beef is done, medium heat.Either make gravy using the beef fat as a starter, or add 2 cans of brown gravy. If addinggravy, drain excess beef fat (dont want soup).Cook 2 cups of rice per person.Spoon cooked mixture over rice. chow down. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
