Baghdad, January 24 (Rn) - The Parliamentary EconomicCommittee Tuesday, and there are many defects and shortcomings in the budgetfor 2012 hinder approval. They pointed out that the study budget in the Houseof Representatives need to be two months since the date of arrival and did notexceed the prescribed period to date.

Said committee member Abdul-Hussein Abtan told the Kurdishnews agency (Rn) that "the budget need to be several sessions to completethe discussion, especially as the amount is too large and where the classes aremany and the many comments from the natural to take into parliament its naturalKgan and deputies, experts and advisers."

He continued, "until now did not exceed the prescribedperiod for it."

The Abtan "has reached the budget to parliament in halfof last December, the Parliament needs to pass a budget for two months .. wassupposed to provide the budget end of the ninth month of the year 2011 to takethe Parliament and the natural time to discuss and pass it before the end ofthe year."

"The most important observations that delayed theadoption of the budget is that the closing statements did not reach until nowto the House of Representatives was not distributed to the committee forinformation in addition to the current budget approved $ a barrel of oil $ 86and that the objections by some lawmakers who are demanding the adoption of the$ 80 dollars that the global market is stable. "

Abtan explained that "there are operationalexpenditures unnecessary luxury and extravagance there was a case where suchstatements, hospitality, furniture, cars and these issues is necessary for theIraqi people."

He continued, "is supposed to block or reduce theluxuries of the state departments by 50 percent of these funds and provide 5trillion we pay towards the increase of retirees and increase crop yields andincrease the allocations of the ration card."
