dear all, i m from asian country, i changed my dinar through local money changer ( bank in my country including hsbc n citibank does not trade the iragi dinar). i m holding a few million, my question is if rv is been announced worldwide, where should i changed the dinar? any ideas which international bank that i can changed it? Any limitation ? hope somebody will assist . thanks in advance.

I'm a newbie to this forum, I invested in dinar recently and hoped that it will rv/ri very soon. I woulld appreciate if someone can enlighten me regarding the dinar issue. # From our understanding from all the good news recently, we know that it will happen very soon, BUT how come thatthere is still a lot of dinar for sale everywhere , ( ebay, money changer, bank .......... ). Dont they want to keep for themself and be a instant millionaire? WHY ?
