Hussein Kamal told AKnews that the new force will be deployed in Baghdad upon the ratification of the Iraqi general budget. The force will approximately double the number of police in the province, according to Kamal. The Iraqi Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, stated stabilizing the security situation is among his top priorities. The Iraqi official warned that although the security services in Baghdad have improved measures to reduce the violence and insurgency, Iraq is facing a “new threat”: the rise in the use of silenced guns for assassinations. Kamal pointed the finger at neighboring countries, accusing them of “smuggling the prohibited guns into Iraq through the border points.” The number of policemen stationed in the Iraqi provinces is relative to the province’s population density.     The Iraqi constitution states that once the PM is named and voted on, that the newly affirmed PM then has 30 days to Complete form a government ( look at it like a presidential cabinet). It does not mean that they have to use all 30 days. They could form a GOI in a very short time if all goes well. I'm convinced that This is much of the reason for the long delays. Most of what is now being played out publicly, was negotiated in back rooms behind closed doors in the months that have preceeded the Nov 11th parliamentary session. My prediction, ( for what it is worth) is that Maliki will now be able to form his government in very expeditious time frame further paving the way for a RV to follow. Hope that Helps!
  6. No, Your Corporation Will be in control of all of the assets and that corporation will exist in Nevada. Remember it will not be personal income. If you cash in and fund a Corp. or LLC. you have control of the assets but you don't own them, the Corporation owns them. Thus, the only thing you will be taxed on in your local state, will be the amount of money that you bring in for your own personal income from the corporation. that amount is going to be significantly lower than the amount the corporation just go funded for in terms of a post rv gain.   7. I would be delighted to share the info if it is OK with the mods and Adam. I'm not here to promote a company just get the info in peoples hands so that they can save tons of tax dollars. One individual responded on this thread by saying something like, "Seriously, after the RV what will it Matter." Well lets just think about that for a moment: My friend in California purchased about 60 million dinar. If this thing cashes out at what many are saying at a rate of 3.21, then his net gain will be 192,600,000.00 Now because he got in less than a year ago he now owes 35% Capital gains tax: Hello That is 67,410,000.00 of IRS TAX. Now, because he lives in wonderful California, he now owes 9.8% capital gains: Hello Thats $18,874,800.00 to CA TOTAL TAX LOAD: FEDERAL & CALIFORNIA = 86,284,800.00 yes thats right 86 million dollars TAX Can you say it's time for a revolution. And Yet the Political left wants to try to tell you that the rich are not paying taxes. Hog Wash. Summation: I think it's worth the extra time to set up a Nevada Corp. or Wyoming Corp. It was certainly worth my friends time. Literally, it took him 30 minutes to supply everything that the company needed to get things rolling. His total cost for setting up everything including identity protection was about $3,000.00 usd.   8. We ran this through an IRS agent, she told me that with regard to an LLC or a full Corporation, that the benefits would be better from a full corporation. The tax advantages are greater. with regard to the amount of tax, I am not certain, but I believe that the dinar revaluation will be handled the same as regular capital gains, (Long term or short term, we will just have to wait and see). The company I am working with to set up my Nevada Corp. has a full staff of CPA's and Tax Attorney's . I will be leaning heavily upon them to work in my best interest to minimize my tax load.
  9. This is very simple: Just set up a Nevada Corporation and Push all of your IQD at the time of cash in into an account that is tied to your new Nevada Corp. Nevada is one of few states who will allow you to hold a corporation or LLC in their state without having residency. And, NO they do not have state income tax. I'm already set up with a company who walked me through the whole thing from start to finish. You can go online and find tons of companies in Las Vegas who can help you do the same. They can also assist you with setting up trusts, 501 ©3's, Family Foundations, and Offshore Accounts. A Nevada Corp will give you tremendous protection. It will make you invisible to the public, and you will have a corporate veil protection against personal lawsuits, (all of your assets can be placed in a trust or corporation). This is how the BIG boys have been doing business for years. Trump and Kiosaki for years have said with a corporation you control "Everything" but own "Nothing". In other words. All of your assets are owned by the corporation, (of which you are the president and CEO) but nothing is in your personal name. It is all held in the name of the corporate business. IMHO, Don't move away from the Land that You Love! Just set up a Nevada Corp! Oh, by the way. . . . .Wyoming offers the same protection as well. Hope this helps.

Ron, Thanks from one of your UTAH friends It is simply amazing to me that people who contribute nothing to making the job of transcribing a live conference call on the fly, have the audacity to then sit back and complain about the manner in which it was produced. I am quite sure that during the next conference call that those of us who give a rip would love to have your professional expertise in transcribing the next 2 hours of dialog.

Iraq election commission rejects calls for vote recount There have been complaints of fraud and irregularities in the vote counting Iraq's election commission has rejected calls from the president and prime minister for a recount of votes cast in the general election on 7 March. An election official said a recount of all votes would be impossible and was unnecessary because of checks on fraud. Earlier, President Jalal Talabani and Prime Minister Nouri Maliki backed calls for a manual recount of votes. Partial results indicate a close race between Mr Maliki and former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi. But the long delay in announcing the full results has led to growing allegations of fraud and demands for a recount. "It can't be done, it can't, we can't start all over again and count the votes manually," Saad el-Rawi of the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) told BBC Arabic. "We don't say it's impossible," he added, "but it will take a lot of time. "We have more than 50,000 polling stations and 350,000 election officials. Do they want us to resend all the ballot boxes back to the stations and call back all the officials?" Other IHEC officials have said vote recounts from particular districts could be requested if candidates thought errors had been made. Change of tone With just over 90% of the votes counted, IHEC said on Saturday that Mr Allawi's Iraqiya political bloc was ahead by nearly 8,000 votes nationwide. ANALYSIS By Andrew North, BBC News, Baghdad The actual business of counting individual ballots from Iraq's elections was completed soon after the 7 March vote, in each province. So why is it taking so long to announce complete results? According to officials at election commission headquarters in Baghdad, it's because of the scale and complexity of the task - with 6,000-plus candidates and 86 parties across the country. Every piece of data is entered into the computers twice, by different teams working separately - to guard against fraud and errors. The two sets of results are then re-checked by the computers. If they are not within the agreed margin of error, election workers have to start the process again. There is an additional manual check before figures for each province are finally cleared for release. Officials insist these checks mean it is almost impossible to rig the result, despite the accusations. But it seems the election commission badly under-estimated the size of the task. Their computer servers have crashed more than once. But Mr Maliki's State of Law alliance was ahead in seven of 18 provinces - meaning he stands to get more representation in a future parliament as seats are allocated based on the outcome in each province. "As the president of the state, authorised to preserve the constitution and to ensure justice and absolute transparency, I demand the Independent High Electoral Commission recount the ballots manually starting from Sunday, March 21," Mr Talabani said in a statement. He did not say which provinces' votes should be recounted. Mr Maliki has also backed calls for a manual recount of votes but has not made it clear if the count should be nationwide. On Wednesday he called for a recount in the Baghdad region. Mr Maliki's tone has changed from last weekend, says the BBC's Andrew North in Baghdad. At that time he appeared to have a firmer lead and said the election process appeared to be going smoothly. International observers have largely approved of the conduct of the election. But Mr Allawi, who headed the country from 2004 to 2005, said the vote had been "grossly mismanaged" and that full results should have been declared days ago.
  13. One suggestion is to give the percentage that you are going to give be it to your local church, or favorite non-profit org. in Dinar. That way the church or 501 c (3) gets the maximized benefit of the dinar RV without paying ANY tax load for capital gains. This will of course throw a monkey wrench in the works for those whose motive for giving was to receive a tax deductible giving receipt. It still may be receiptable but it may only be eligible for the deduction of your original purchase price, (although I am not totally sure about that). It however makes the most sense to my wife and I to give our tithe in the form of dinar. The "gift" now has a 35% greater value then if we would have waited until after the exchange into USD. Plus it will just be fun to give a gift that only cost me a few hundred bucks and se it maximized hopefully to something now worth nearly a half million. I guess that let's you all know where I think the RV will come in at. Anyway hope that gives some insight to the many wonderfully generous people that I have encountered on dinar-vets.
