Just a small tidbit from someone who knows nothing. IMO the United States has spent billions of dollars, risked and lost lives of our service personnel and put the US in even deeper debt for the Iraqi people? Having said this with Chapter VII in force the Iraqi Government cannot purchase weapons/ military equipment? There is no way given the August withdraw timeline that the US would leave Iraq without the Sanctions removed and the ability to defend themselves? Given this scenerio how would Iraq be able to purchase weapons and military equipment without a recognized currency and the right to use it??? IMO the RV is so close it gives me goosebumps.
