The U.S. has helped, but Iraq is a country of its own. They have their own say.The U.S.aren't the rulers of the world. Canada can kick your ass. The Canadians have always been first in in every war the Americans have been in.

And this is what it looks like when Canucks come to save the day.....

here's another article related to the above...

If true...It looks like Trump has been impeached & Paul Ryan will be the new President.

    2 Aug 2017  SITREP...Restored Republic...Judy Byington...

    1. General Kelly was now in control of the White House as appointed by the Restored Republic.

    2. There would be an emergency broadcast nationwide.

    3. Once the RV was over General Kellly would leave his burner position.

    4. The Trump Administration would also leave their burner positions.

    5. New elections would be held. Paul Ryan was expected to win.

    6. Paul Ryan would disclose who he really was and thus, the Republic would be restored.

First, weren't they first saying the election of Trump would be the harbinger to bring the RV? Cause everyone knows Trump has a warehouse full of IQD stashed somewhere in the contiguous 57 states.

Second, just because a President is impeached, does not mean they are immediately expelled from the office. Clinton was impeached but not removed from office.

Third, an impeached President removed from office does not trigger new elections. There is an ascendancy policy placed with the Constitution of the US for one of these very reasons.

Paul Ryan's nose is so brown that his head cannot be removed from McTraitor's bum and has started to grow appendages.

So this guy seems to be a ventriloquist because how else can you hear him speak from his sphincter.

  3. From the SBA:

    Program Modalities and Monitoring

    31. The program will have quarterly reviews and set quarterly PC on the non-oil primary balance, the stock of total public debt, the stock of net domestic assets of the CBI, official foreign exchange reserves, the absence of new external arrears, the stock of outstanding arrears to IOCs and two IT on social spending and the stock of outstanding domestic arrears on non-oil investment, starting in June 2016 (Table 3). Each program review will set a few SB in areas that are essential for the success of the program (Table 5 contains the list for the first, second and third reviews). The first review should be completed on or after September 15, 2016, the second review on or after December 15, 2016, and the third review on or after March 15, 2017.

  4. Directly from the IMF website, 3/4 of the way down the article:

IMF Executive Board Completes Second Review of Iraq’s Stand-By Arrangement and the 2017 Article IV Consultation

    ...

Further fiscal consolidation measures are needed in 2017-18 to keep the program on track. The composition of the fiscal adjustment should be improved over time by increasing non-oil revenue and reducing current expenditure. In addition, reforming the electricity sector and state-owned enterprises will make room for larger and more effective investment expenditure that supports growth and job creation.

Significantly improving public financial management will be important. Arrears need to be assessed and paid following verification, and expenditure commitment and cash management should be strengthened to prevent the accumulation of new arrears.

Measures to bolster financial sector stability include strengthening the legal framework of the Central Bank of Iraq, restructuring state-owned banks, and eliminating an exchange restriction and a multi-currency practice. Measures to prevent money-laundering, counter the financing of terrorism, and strengthen the anti-corruption legislation also need to be implemented.

Implementation of the budget-sharing agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government would put both the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government in a better position to address the shocks to the Iraqi economy.

  6. In the Iraq Oil and Gas Draft, part of the law stipulates disbanding the current system and forming the National Oil Company. INOC is part of the HCL so any movement in this direction is favorable. However, expect 6 months to 1 year before this company is up and running, fully functional, after passage. I expect by this time next year they will finally be ready to get to the HCL which is within the timeline for the SBA to complete in 2019. Within six months of the HCL passing and the budget has passed for 2019 look for an Rv to happen by the end or shortly after completion of the SBA in mid-year of 2019. Pieces are falling into place just not as fast as people would like.

I want to point out the above post while mostly correct is not true for every Congress critter. First time Congress critter's are not afforded the luxury until they have been in office for awhile. The misnomer that everyone who goes to the Hill is rich is false. They spent months and months fundraising for their campaigns and have spent almost every dime to enact change for their constituents and yet when they get to the Hill they sleep on cots in their offices  because they cannot afford the expensive apartment rent in DC. Keep this in mind when you brand everyone on the Hill with the same brush. Things take time to ramp up, they just don't magically appear once they have been elected for the first time. One of the very reasons I do agree with you and why we need a Constitutional Convention to enact term limits on the critters on the Hill.

And I also whole heartily agree that news from across the ocean is far more "news worthy" than American media.

But I think you need to be careful in believing anything Putin says. He most certainly has an agenda. I personally know people who have moved here from Russia and they will be the first ones to tell you Putin is not to be trusted. He is a master at propaganda and uses it to his fullest advantage. For some reason, oh I don't know, I am more willing to trust and verify Putin's claims over someone oh let's say for example Hiltary or Bil. For some reason, Putin seems the lesser of the two evils right now.

He is taking care of his own. He should expose the pedophilia rings prevalent at the top. Both Clinton's are said to be connected to one such pedophilia ring. Remember the private jet flights Bill Clinton took to a private island estate? This has been squashed by the Lamestream media which in their eyes can do no wrong. Haiti is a part of this as the Clinton Foundation has promised many things for Haiti after the earthquake there and have produced very little. This is deeper than people realize and I am all for Putin to expose these creeps and put an end to this. The part where Putin is taking care of his own has to do with American (and other nationals) adopting children from Russia and former USSR states. At one time this was a good thing but the word was said that there were nefarious intentions to these adoptions and this is what Putin has spoken to. The Child Pedophile ring prevalent at the top of the US leadership isn't fallacy nor is it conjecture. Anothy Weiner is just a pawn in this ring. He got caught, Putin needs to name names and people need to listen and investigate. It's funny when I want to know what is really going on in America, I don't turn to the news here, I go to sources like the BBC or articles originating in Isreal etc. They too have biases but they are far more informative on what is really going on in the states. Sometimes a third-party is needed to see the clarity. I welcome Putin's input into this as it is not being investigated to the fullest extent here and that is the injustice of it all for the children.

Pedophiles need to be hung from their private parts until they die a slow painful death over many days and months.

You don't even need a DL to vote in Ca. Voter officials are not allowed to ask for ID when you show up at the polls. You literally can run from precinct to precinct if you want and ask for a provisional ballot based on any name you see on the book when you walk in to the polling place. You get enough people doing that along with all the absentee ballots in the names of dead people and you can swing a large club in voter fraud.

You mean like this example https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2016/10/18/project_veritas_exposes_organized_voter_fraud_on_a_massive_scale.html

where a Democrat Operative, Scott Foval, admits on video they have been bussing people in to vote? This exactly why Voter ID is needed.

Democratic Operative Explains Voter Fraud: We've Been Busing People In For Fifty Years

In the second video from James O'Keefe's Project Veritas Action series on the DNC and Hillarious Clinton campaign, Democratic party operatives explain in detail how to successfully commit voter fraud on a massive scale. In the video, Democratic politico Scott Foval, who was fired after the release of Part 1 of this series, admits that the Democrats have been rigging elections for fifty years.

Related Video: Obama: Trump Needs To "Stop Whining" About A Rigged Election

"It's a very easy thing for Republicans to say they're bussing people in," Foval says in the video. "Well you know what? We've been bussing people in to deal with you fuckin' assholes for fifty years and we're not going to stop now. We're just going to find a different way to do it."

Related Video: Trump: "Naive" To Say Election Can't Be Rigged, "Two Million Dead People Are Registered To Vote"

"I think backwards from how they would prosecute if they could, and then try to build out the method to avoid that," he says about organizing voter fraud by bringing people from state to state to vote illegally. "Let's just say, in theory, if a major investigation came up of major vote fraud that way, how would they prove it? And who would they charge? Are they going to charge each individual with voter fraud? Or are they going to go after the facilitator for conspiracy, which they could prove? It's one thing if all these people drive up in their personal cars. If there's a bus involved, that changes the dynamic... You can prove conspiracy if there's a bus, but if there are cars, it is much harder to prove."

  12. Let me give you an example of what I speak to here. I worked for a fortune 500 company they had over 300 applications that their users used on a daily basis. Every day the leads for those applications would verify the people in their division continued to work at the company and still have access to the app. This was called reconciliation. Comparing of two lists and removing those inconsistencies with the master list. I just can't come up with a willy nilly list, the employee has a smart card in which they have to insert into their keyboard everyday to get access to use the system. The smartcard has the employee's picture on it so that when they go through security they are verified. To get the smartcard they have to go through HR which verifies the information.

What you describe is the HR part of the smartcard process and what the Voter ID card is talking about is the access to the app or the ballot. You cannot access your app which is on the company's computer unless you have gone through security and registered with HR. Through verification of HR you receive your smartcard which is then checked by security ti make sure it is you so you can now access the app on your computer. That is how simple this is.

No National ID required.  Voter ID must start with voter registration and at the State level.  SCOTUS upheld my States’ law requiring birth certificate or proof of citizenship when registering to vote.  Once the legality of registering has been confirmed, you then need to present a valid ID at the polls in order to vote.

Note: Beginning January 1, 2013, any person who is not on the voter registration list in Kansas must submit proof of U.S. citizenship as part of the registration process………. Only after a new application is fully filled out, and turned in with a citizenship document, can the person be added to the voter registration list.

    http://www.voteks.org/before-you-vote/how-do-i-register.html

To paraphrase Forrest' momma, simple is as simple does.

You are speaking to the voter registration process, altogether a different process. The voter ID is speaking to the voting process which comes after the voter registration. As a person could be legally registered, on the roles, and have a vote cast via someone else who claims to be that person. This is where the Voter ID law comes into play to verify the one casting the vote is the one who is legally registered to vote. The purple thumb is the prevention of dual casting for things like bussing around individuals to different precincts to cast multiple ballots. This actually happened. I agree with you, proof of citizenship is needed to register. I also spoke to the DL issue in which I pointed to California but at this time Automatic Registration is happening and it's precursor Motor Voter Registration is prevalent in many states. It was in Ohio Indiana and North Carolina during this past election. This means if you were to get your DL you could opt to register to vote. What is required for a DL? Birth Certificate? Utility Bill with your current address on it? Many US Citizens are born outside the country so is the sole piece of proof of citizenship the birth certificate? You have to show your birth certificate not to prove your citizenship status at the BMV but to prove your age.

Kansas the law says after a certain date, so if you are not a US Citizen and on the voter rolls before January 2013, a noncitizen can still vote? Most states don't have voter registration expiration dates. They only expire when you move from your current location to a new voting district. Thus initiating the voting registration process again. Unless Kansas told everyone in the state that it's residents have to re-register to vote after January 2013 and completely purged its lists to start from scratch, then I might say okay. They didn't though and it's too easy to get by this superficial date in the sand.

    VOTER I.D

It can not get any easier. No I.D. No vote.

    Actually it can.

    PURPLE THUMBS

Everyone who votes dips their thumb into purple dye that cannot be washed off and lasts for 24 hours. With most states that have successfully implemented voter id and the fact they also allow DLs to go to illegals, voter id can be fraudulent in itself. As most believe VOTER ID equates to DLs. Purple thumbs prevent dual vote casting unless someone were to chop off their thumb. Those who don't have thumbs can dip their big toe. No big toe put a purple dot on them somewhere but not on their face.

Iraq did it! They had purple thumbs when they voted. Voter ID when looked into it is actually not as fraud preventive as we were led to believe. Any non-citizen who holds a driver's license can still vote in California (as an example. While California is supposed to mark noncitizen driver's licenses we only have to look at who is behind the counter at the BMVs to realize the DL will not work for California in certain areas. This brings us to the National ID card debate, should we be required to have a national ID card given to us by the US Government? We have one its called a passport. This slope then continues downward because as of right now passports are voluntary and not required to have. If it becomes mandatory for everyone to own a National ID card, this becomes the loss of freedom for the very security the Founders warned us against. Voter Fraud does take place. However, it is the onus upon those officials to make sure that it is squelched as much as humanly possible. With groups like Acorn (Obama's community organization group) then Voter fraud will only be more prevalent in today's society. Is there a final solution? Maybe. Maybe not. What is created by man will always be subjected to the flaws of man.

It's not that either we have freewill or that our destiny is preordained. For me it is both.

That those that believe in Christ Jesus are and always have been God's Children, therefore, as Jesus said, "My sheep recognize my voice", and the Bible says, "God foreknew us before we were born." Putting those two verses together, I came from Heaven and I am going back to Heaven. I cannot recognize something unless I am already familiar with it. So because I am a Child of God I will choose what a Child of God would choose. My Father in Heaven gives me the gift of Faith, opens my heart to His truth that I am His Child through Christ Jesus and I believe and receive this not just intellectually but on a heart level. On a spiritual level. I use my freedom to choose to believe this truth about myself that HE has revealed to me. I recognized HIS VOICE calling me and I turned to HIM, Believed and Received.

The Bible says, Romans 8:29 For those God foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brothers.

So He knew me from the Beginning, and I also knew Him. He sent me here to the earth and in His great and awesome plan He revealed Himself to me as my Heavenly Father and Jesus as my brother and that I am His Child whom He loves and He gave me the gift of faith to believe it and I chose to accept this truth because I recognized that it is true. I was 6 years old when I believed it and at that very moment His Holy Spirit entered me to complete His plan for me which is to be "conformed to the image of Jesus." That conformation is a life long process of salvation renewing my fallen mind and corruptible soul. My Spiritman is complete and as Holy as it will ever be. But the other 2/3rds of me, Soul and Body are in constant need of being saved until Jesus "snatches me up or Harpazo's me" in the Rapture and I am changed in the twinkling of an eye once and for all into a whole and completely Holy eternal uncoruptible Child of God. That's why Paul says, "This mortal must put on immortality and this corruptible must put on incorruption."  Only then will my Spiritman be joined with my renewed Soul and covered with a pure and holy and eternal body. Oh boy am I looking forward to that day!!!

That is also why, when Jesus said "Go and tell everyone about the Good News of the Gospel and the Kingdom," we are not to judge who we should tell and who we shouldn't. I don't know who else on earth is God's Child, but God does. So when I share the Gospel of Jesus with someone, if they are God's Child, the Holy Spirit will "convict them and convince them" that what I am saying is true. Then from that point on they will have the opportunity to choose to believe this truth about themselves. I truly believe, every Child of God will choose to believe, because they will recognize Jesus' voice and they will know they are truly His Child. Whether they believe right away, or on their death bed, I believe Jesus will not lose a single brother or sister to the enemy.

So yes, I have free will to choose what I know is true about myself, my Father, and my Lord, Savior and Brother Jesus, and yes I have been foreknown, and God's loving plan for me, His son, is to become like His only "Begotten Son" Jesus.

That is what He predestined me to be when He sent me here.

    God bless.

If it is predestined for you, the very definition of the word begets the opposite of free will. For if every decision you make leads to the same outcome one could discuss that you have not beengiven free will at all since every decision made in multiple paths all lead the the final destination. So free will is more like pseudo free will. Free will is about choosing multiple paths at multiple forks leading to various outcomes. You only prescribe to the belief that the various decisions you make is your free will but nomatter the decision youhave but one outcome.

you neglected the fact Jesus said not to prosyletize to the gentiles, the Jews. He also said he did not come to bring a new covenant but to affirm the covenant already in place. Jesus also said love thy neighbor buthe never said to lie down and die for him either. In fact he justified war on the day before he was arrested. Most of the time Jesus did speak in parables which is why there are those who get confused by his teachings and believe he is all about peace. Jesus was a rebel plain and simple. He defied the synagogue by teaching what was not mainstream of the day. The New Testament may be the accountingof the life of Jesus, the Son of God, but never did Jesus say he was God. When he spoke to Pontus he was asked if he was the Messiah and the Kingof the Jews. Never was he asked if he was God.Jesus himself on the cross cried out to his Father, Lord Thy God. So if he cried out to his Father, who is the Father he cries out to? The egg theory doesn't hold in this context. When Jesus prayed he prayed to his Father, Lord Thy God, was he praying to himself? Again in this context the egg theory does not hold because while youcan be a father, son and brother, you cannot be the father to yourself. It would be I am my own Father and thus impossible to create yourself.

While I do believe Jesus died for our sins as the Son of God, I stop short of calling him a god. I do believe in the Holy Miracles that he performed but again stop short of calling him a god. This all goes back to the Council of Nicene when it was manwho determined what shall be included in the works of the Bible. I also subscribe to the theory of Holy Mother and Mary Magdelene as a disciple of Jesus but am not sold totally on the two, Mary Magdelene and Jesus, being married. Withthe Holy Roman Catholic Church consolidating power at the time of Nicene it is not that far from the path to believe that this consolidation of power was done in such a way to discredit Mary Magdelene as it was not until Nicene that the common philosophy was she was a prostitute Jesus saved from being stoned.

We differ on predestination theory. You are of the belief youhave free will but all your choices have a binary outcome. We go to heaven or hell. Jews believe in only heaven. There is no hell in Judiaism. Hell is a christian belief taken fromreligions that came before it. Angels are neither Christian nor Judiac philosophy. They too originate before. I have said Iamnot Christian but never ever have I said I do not believe in Jesus, Godand the Holy Ghost. I once was invited to convert to Catholicism. I found confrontation in what they wanted me to believe. While truth does exist in the Bible, it has been misinterpreted and misapplied over the course of history to bend man to the will of those above him. Kings declare divine right when powe has been taken by the sword in most cases.

I also believe there is something beyond the here and now. I believe in demons and other stuff Christianity disavows. To me something is notbad or good but the use of it makes it so. Forexample the commandment thou shall not kill. Jesus while preffered not to kill said there was a justifiable time for it when in the grden he said to sell your cloakandbuya sword. This has been said to be a parable like most of his teachings. However, Jesus did come to the conclusion one must defend themselves if that meant killing. The point when the disciple lobbed off the ear of the soldier and Jesusput it back, a Holy Miracle, the action of lobbing off the ear of the soldier was not done in mortl defense for the soldiers did not want to kill the disciples and Jesus knew this. Hence his actions.

So when I hear peace love from Christians I know the crap they have been fed is the fairy tale version of Jesus and not the real Jesus of the day. When I hear someone tell me they have free will and yet their outcome inlife has been predetermined, that is not free will and again another bill of goods has been sold of the fairy tale. Jesus was a real person, the fairy tale has how his life and works during that life have been so blown out of porportion that it borders on the immpossible. To me Jesus is not a God, a Messiah yes, God no. I believe as the Son of Man he was the sacrificial lamb.

NDEs are very real and most of the time we only hear about good NDEs. There are those NDEs that confirm the existence of hell but these are not talked about. When a person experiences an NDE it changes their life. There is no free will in that and most will agree its not predestined. Nutjobs are the ones who interpret these as turning from the path of evil to the path of righteousness. NDEs are experienced by people from all walks of life, even those currently traversing the path of righteousness. So they cannot be shown this to be turned from the path they are on if they walk the path of righteousness. Some walk not the path of righteousness and do turn but veer back the further away their NDE occurred.

inthe dark ages people did not understand things they could not see. They needed someone or somthing to blame. The devil was an easy out for most. Pagans were easy to blame and it was easy to say that they were possessed bythe devil because they did not believe asChristians believed. Again, only intentions and actions can be good or evil. In the end, we find out that it was not the belief of the Pagan  to which they subjugated but what they lived on and off of was the true source of why they were subjugated. Christianity is not without its faults as it is of man from which it was born. Jesus was a Jew and Rabbi. He never ever wanted to be anything else. The schism between Jews and Christians lies in that fact. Some will tell you Christianity started with the death of Jesus. Wrong. Christianity started with the conclusion of the Council of Nicene, when it consolidated all the things at the the time to form one standardized belief. Christians all held the belief that Jesus was the Messiah in the beginning. There were females who taught but Nicene removed them from this position. From the death of Jesus to the Council of Nicene Chriatianity was a much different culture than before Nicene. The patriarchy of Christianity was formed with the position of the pope and since women were not equals to men of the day, they were regulated to the pews instead of the altar. Nicene saw to this and one of the reasons why Mary Magdelene was regulated to that of a prostitute forever more in history. It wasn't until the Protestant reform that things changed and different denominations began to come into the sunlight.

Christianity is more than the Bible and there are many things good that have come from it. However, in all things evil resides in the actions of men.

    June 5, 2017

The Stand-By Arrangement aims to restore fiscal and external balance and to improve public financial management while protecting social spending.

    • The Iraqi authorities and the IMF mission have reached agreement on a supplementary budget for 2017, objectives for the 2018 budget, and strengthened procedures to keep expenditure under control
    • The SBA aims to restore fiscal and external balance and to improve public financial management while protecting social spending.

The Iraqi authorities and an International Monetary Fund (IMF) team reached a staff-level agreement on the second review of the Stand-By Arrangement (SBA) that was approved by the IMF Executive Board on July 7, 2016 (See Press Release No. 16/321). The SBA aims to restore fiscal and external balance and to improve public financial management while protecting social spending. Iraq completed the first review under the SBA on December 5, 2016 and received a disbursement of SDR 0.46 billion (US$0.6 billion) (See Press Release No. 16/540). Completion of the second review will release a further disbursement of SDR 0.6 billion (US$0.8 billion).

Mr. Christian Josz, Mission Chief for Iraq, issued the following statement today in Amman:

“The Iraqi authorities and the IMF team have reached agreement on a supplementary budget for 2017, objectives for the 2018 budget, and strengthened procedures to keep expenditure under control. Both the supplementary 2017 budget and the 2018 budget will keep the fiscal consolidation, necessitated by the fall in oil prices, on track, while protecting social spending.

“Once agreed prior actions have been implemented, the IMF Board could consider the second review of the SBA in August.

“During the discussions, the team met with Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI), Dr. Ali Mohsen Ismail Al-Allaq, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister, Dr. Naufel Al-Hassan, Chairman of the Board of Supreme Audit, Dr. Salah Noori Khalaf, Acting Deputy Finance Minister, Ms. Taif Same, Deputy Minister of Planning, Dr. Qasim Enaya, Deputy Minister of Electricity, Mr. Abdel Hamza, Financial Adviser to the Prime Minister, Dr. Mudher Saleh, and officials from the ministry of finance, Central Bank of Iraq (CBI), the Board of Supreme Audit, the ministry of oil, the ministry of planning, the ministry of electricity, and a representative from the Kurdistan Regional Government.
