  1. Hi Adam. If I’m not mistaken, Muslims (specifically Iraqis) will have 2 important upcoming months; 1st will be the fasting month Ramadan (from mid-June till mid-July) and celebration month Eid (mid-July till mid-August). So, we can assume in this two month, they will work at the lowest possible rate ever because they will basically focus on their religious matter. So, from the current progress and in your honest opinion, do you think they can have the HCL before Ramadan? Thanks for your input.
  2. Hi Adam. Is it possible for CBI to block any exchange (IQD to other currencies) process outside of Iraq except for those that have an Iraq-related bank accounts after the RV? Maybe they want to minimize the exchange that may be done by ISIS personnel outside of Iraq, just my curiosity.
  3. Hi Adam. Currently HCL is on the right track and it seems promising. Are there any other laws or anything major that we have to monitor before the RV/RI? Thanks.
  4. Hi Adam. If HCL is approved,do they necessarily have to wait until Budget 2015 is approved before they can RV their currency? With current situation, is it true that the lower oil price will force them to RV their currency ASAP?
  5. Hi Adam, thank you for your hardwork. Now HCL is in Parliament waiting to be approved. I have read that there are other major laws (CBI Law, Money Laundering Law) waiting to be approved. Do you think these laws will take time as long as HCL to be approved? I've asked this question before, but maybe recent progress will make you to give a different answer, is there any other obstacles than HCL for RV to happen? Once again, thank you so much for answering my questions.
  6. Hi Adam. Are there any datelines for the Budgets and HCL? And how are things between Erbil and Baghdad? Good or bad?
  7. Hi Adam. I've read a lot of articles about the deleting 3 zeros project. Sorry for my confusion, is it this delete 3 zeros project is the RV we're waiting? Or the IQD will RV 1st then they will proceed with the deleting 3 zeros? Because if I'm not mistaken,I have read the news about the Iraqis want to proceed with the approval of HCL first then the budget, which means the HCL will be approved within a few days. So,is it possible to say that if HCL is approved, the IQD will only RV=delete 3 zeros next year?
  8. Hi Adam. I've read a few articles about Budget 2014,and why it still stuck. Is it possible that HCL will be approved before/simultaneously with the approval of the 2014 Budget?
  9. Hi Adam, thanks for answering my questions before. Are there any possibilities that IQD will RV 500IQD:USD1 because of the oil deficit? I heard from a source that the high oil deficit (or other deficits,I'm not sure) will make it harder for IQD to RV for 1:1.
  10. Hi Adam, is it true that Iraq has produce IQD notes 250 and 500. If it is true, isn't the notes are too big for them to use it daily if IQD is rv for 1IQD:1USD?
  11. Hi Adam. I have 2 questions. 1)if HCL is approved,do you think there are any other obstacles that can interfere for RV? 2)how about the progress of HCL,is it bad or good?
  12. Hi Adam. I've read some news at newshound about Iraq is near to WTO full membership. In your opinion, how important this WTO membership for Iraq to RV their currency? Are they related? Or this WTO news is nowhere near for Iraq to RV their currency? Thanks and have a good day.
  13. Like China, their currency is way under valued. This is due to all the exports and very little imports. This is where they get their money and they can and do, keep the value low. The more a country holds US $'s the more their currency will be worth, the less they have the less it's worth. He stated that Iraq does not need to increase the value of their currency due to all the oil they have. They don't need to increase the value of their money, they get their money from the oil. Not exports. Is it possible?
