they need not do any of that. you realize, when some other country comes wanting to exchange dinar back to the cbi, they have to give out something. either dollars, or oil credits( which is oil). they give it away, to do the transaction. why dont you see iraq pays for out?you dont think their going to cover the rv with dinars rv"d at the central bank? is this why peole think the cbi reducing the money supply? so they get them back and rv?

why is it iraq would balloon up the dinar in circulation to 35 trillion, then reduce it, just to rv. ( rvs are liabilities on a balance sheet)? pointless. with problems controlling market rate, while on a fixed rate at 1166, where is the reasoning?

iraq is scared of laundering and smuggling and has posted that as one of the primary reasons they havent rd/lop closing borders is a method to stop that exact reason
