If he or his puppet handlers were smart, they would force the RV around the upcoming April 15 meeting, thus gaining an Income Tax Revenue and National Debt Reduction opportunity. Great political / election rhetoric.
O'Brandon could use the RV opportunity to his political advantage.
Trump will have his hands full cleaning up the mess that O'Brandon has created. I don't think Trump is a revengeful or a vindictive person.
Don't forget - "10% for the big guy" and O'Bummer......

The O'Bummer and O' Brandon handlers / puppet master's must be pretty nervous, at this point, to let this press release out.
The guy has a hard time walking and navigating stairs even with the help of new "special" shoes.
The guy has a hard time connecting 2 sentences together without mumbling, stammering or loosing track, even with the help of a written script on a monitor or teleprompter.

My perspective and my opinion only;
Without a formal budget, all the Iraqi government Bureaucrats can continue to steal, cheat, rob and pilfer because there is no accountability, as long as the guy above them gets his cut.
There is no structured amount of budget "allocation" that they need to work with. Thus, no accountability.
There are no regulations or procedures that need to be followed due to the lack of a current budget.
There is no accountability for the money that each government bureaucrat spends or where the money goes.
They all drink out of the same bottomless Government punch bowl .............
So they fight and work hard to pass this 3 year budget, giving the citizens the impression that they, the government, are working in their best interest. But in reality it is an open ended, unlimited opportunity for the bureaucrats to enrich themselves.
The hospital can't afford a liter of fuel for their ambulances ? Gee, I wonder where the money went ?
And the "currency auctions" CBI continues to send $US to Iran on almost a daily basis.
