  1. O.k.

He is innocent till proven guilty.

That said he should be executed without a long waiting process when found guilty.

"Innocent by reason of insanity" should not be a pass either.

Some feelings could be fueled by a strong sense of human core values also. Depends on the mindset at the time.

And sometimes truth can be a hard pill to swallow, so some will create alternative facts to numb the pain.

    GO RV, then BV

You would have to define what "truth" it is you are mentioning.

Truth can be seen as something different from both sides.

Immigrants are looking for a better life. We need to be better about the process of letting them come to America.

    B/A

Until that happens we need a Barrier, wall, fence, armed guards at the border.

People or politicians that allow ILLEGAL immigration to take place should also be punished and stripped of their positions.

  4. https://www.law.uchicago.edu/news/living-constitution

A living Constitution is one that evolves, changes over time, and adapts to new circumstances, without being formally amended. ...( As done from the judicial bench)

Our written Constitution, the document under glass in the National Archives, was adopted 220 years ago.

It can be amended, but the amendment process is very difficult.

    Red is from me.

So yes. Let us use it to decide what gets done and how, not from the bench or Congress. Their job is to follow it, not guess at what it means.

Why do you think that?  That's like saying never prevent a fire from happening in your home when you can just put it out when it does occur.  What about the damage the fire creates?  An "ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"  has never been more true.  The cure always cost more than the prevention.  JMO

Big difference. I can rebuild my home or repair the damage. I can't take away Autism or other mental issues AFTER the vaccine was given.

That depends on which side of the fence you are on when it comes to getting a disability from a vaccine I guess. Every one screams about how Big Pharma is polluting the vaccines with metals and such but every one wants our kids pumped full of them. When I got vaccinated you got one at a time and when you were old enough and developed enough to handle it. Not 3 months old with a 7 in 1 shot. Lets give our kids a soup mixture that their little developing bodies don't have a clue on how to figure it out. Lets change their development with heavy metals that cause all kinds of issues. We had ours vaccinated one at a time and before they started school. Big difference in my book.
