You don't convert your $3mil of USD into $3bil USD.......we are talkin dinar to dollars not dollars to dollars....to help you....you have to change your word problem around..... Like a company's worth of $3mil USD it would remain $3mil after the RV......the "travel agency isn't doing business in dinar....it's all about the USD right now.......but if that same said company wanted to hold some dinar then it would be a good move....but they are not operating with millions of dinar notes.... With your question.....they would have to 3 billion in dinar...which isn't the case....hope that helps
