If I understand this correctly, deleting 3 zeros from the currency (re=denomination) and removing 3 zeros from the rate (re-valuation) is a wash for our investment in my opinion. If they increase the rate to equal Kuwait's of $3.50 along with deleting 3 zeros then we make $3500 per million Dinar. If they want to create wealth for their people then they re-value their currency and just exchange larger denominations for smaller denominations. I have wondered if in translation, their statements of dropping zeros means exchanging larger denominations for smaller denominations. JMO
