Technically, you have a good point and I believe that the RI will happen soon, but Iraq has been in Ch 7 since 1990 so realistically they have already passed their 7 yr mark. Also if you will read article 7 when they placed the sanction on iraq pertaining to their currency its states that their currency has been restricted from using with other governments which means that it doesnt have no value and when they lift article 7 then they will reinstate the value and possibly revalue the currency. So that means it can come back in at 3.22 or it could be higher or lower. In my opinion it will ri/rv in between 1.49 to 2.50. Great find and thank you for passing on info.
