A book that I have read and finished, Saddam's Secrets, by George Sada, ( which was VERY good to read and get an understanding of the country )

It is my understanding that a zero amount in the USD account is usually dropped. Best to keep some in it. also, I do not find any charges for transfers from one of your accounts to the other in the same bank .

It will be a set up and wait with the ISX. Things will only start to happen as the country gains stability and the RV happens. But it is nice to have the accounts set in place.

Just for information, Take a copy of your statement before the interest is applied, they do not give you any records of pasted statements. I wish I had a copy before the last interest payment. Then I could see what I started with.

I tried to buy one of the hotels that was giving bonuses, found that they were in General Assembly . Which means we had to own them a while back.

Got it. The meeting is happening now, then the bonus will be given. So all that have the stock BEFORE get the bonus AFTER the meeting.
NOW, if we get the news about 2012 bonuses being given for other stocks. That's a while off, can we buy the stock now and get the bonus? BIME, HMAN, and HTVM stocks bonus to be given in 2012

I like the idea of opening a city bank account on line. Just being able to wire money from home is great.
Leaving less for my bank to talk about when I leave the brick building.

Just excited with the major players pumping money into Iraq.
I also saw Disney World has already started in 2008 to build. I am surprised!!
I am not use to watching how things work.
I was a just a guy that goes to work and miss the world around me. This investment has opened my eyes to having my money work for me.
I'm not use to being a boss of money, just a slave of it!! I'm 56, and regret the years I lost, but plan on making the remainder better! I am self employed and have not planned well for retirement.

The broker does not charge a "fee" for funds being wired. They do have a 1% buy fee and a 1% sell fee.
The fees for wire transfers come from the initiating bank , ( yours ) and the interim bank just before it gets to the broker.
I wired $1000.00 USD from my bank. My bank took $40.00 and the Investment bank of Iraq took $25.69 fee. I got the balance in USD to the broker and they exchanged it into IQD. Then I placed my buy order.
