Twas the night before RV, when all through the world The IQ investors a’ stirring, were all in a swirl. The dinars were hung by the chimney with care, In hopes that the GOI soon would be there. The folks were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of dollars danced in their heads. And Alawi in his headwrap , and Malkii in his cap, Had just settled their brains and pushed the button with a snap!

My question is: If I give my uncashed dinars to family members- will I be liable for any taxes? AND does it make a difference before / after the RV? Thanks!
