IMO……….committees in the next 7 to 10 days are needed to release the rate along with more EDUCATION to Iraqis. Iraq TV released a report today from Iraq Freedom Radio saying that after the formation of the GOI their currency’s 000’s would be lifted. IMO…….they already have. IMO……..substitute 000’s with the word lower denoms and reinstated value of the IQD. As of 7pm Iraqi time today there seems to be a freeze on articles coming out of Iraq. We notice every pattern. This one attracted me. It may also be due to tomorrow’s security. BELLAME ……shared with us today that an Iraqi bank told her brother that they are not selling IQD’s any more not even to Iraqi people. I have requested the name of the bank and permission to speak with him. It could be what we think………but it also could be because of the festivities tomorrow. I don't understand how to read it either. But I have never seen it like this before. For some reason I thought it worked like math, positive and negative numbers. But the change was good if its in green. I guess I am wrong on that. Thank you, Rick

I agree with you 100%. You break things down to where I understand. I just have one question. I read an article that Shabibi is to pull the trigger by the end of 2010. Is that the US calender year or Iraqis.Ii hope this is not a silly question. I know that this is Iraq and they get extensions on everything. Thank you in advance. God Bless.

IF……….T gives M the letter that enacts his executive authority this coming Sunday and IF …….S gives the RI rate to the GOI because they are fully seated then these three actions are what I have been calling a ……..TRIFECTA. Within days laws should be passed that will activate the RI rate. Then at that time it would mean that you and I would have to make an appointment to cash out our dinars. IF……….T gives M the letter that enacts his executive authority this coming Sunday and IF …….M has not selected the full parliament then he will need some time to do this and pass laws that will activate the RI rate. IMO……about a week to 10 days. Then at that time we would make an appointment to cash out. All this being said……….there is an important date where the IMF will change currency values on the 28th. So IMO……..both scenarios above have to consider this date and RI on it or before it. So this Sunday has two possibilities IMO. I also want to say that I do not believe the RI will be this Sunday. My gut feeling is for the 28th two Sundays from now. Yes I have my team that considers it to be this Sunday. But I also have intel sources that do not even communicate with my team. Hey Gang, This link goes to an active forex site showing the IQD and VND exchange rates. WHEN this RVs, this site will be positive proof of the event ……. AND…….. What the current value is. This will NOT reflect the CBI rate that Ali will be using when we cash in there. LINK A couple of other thoughts: 1. In several recent emails there have been some practical ideas shared, (security post RV, investments, taxes, etc.), but the most important one for me has been to initially secure your future FIRST, then delve into whatever plans you may wish to participate in. By this I mean invest in your future before dividing up the balance of your new found wealth with your chosen charities and loved ones. Personally, I am investing into my CRT within days of the announcement, then taking the time to complete my other plans of sharing the wealth with my loved ones or contributions to my selected charities. REMEMBER, JUST BECAUSE IRAQ MAY BE THE CATALYST FOR THIS FORTUNE DOESN’T MEAN IT WILL STAY THAT WAY! 2. If the dinar comes out over $2.00, it is my intentions to cash in as quickly as possible. Stability in that region of the world isn’t all that strong. It is true that if Iraq continues to secure it’s future, the value of the dinar will increase, BUT it could also experience continued, or even increased, threats and damages. If the dinar comes out low, (less than a dollar), I will still cash in enough to secure my future, then possibly hold on to the rest and see what happens. 3. All, I don’t wish to generate HUGE excitement by sharing, as you all know how I feel about that. I feel each of you should carefully review and decide how you feel about each bit of information coming in. With that said, I will share a bit more of what I can because of what I’ve been able to corroborate from several of today’s calls. 1) I feel everyone should be on HIGH ALERT through this coming weekend. There is just TOO MUCH INFORMATION coming in that culminates on Sunday, November 21st. 2) I’ve heard ONE piece of information today from a contact that I respect that contradicted the above information. 3) How do I personally feel about what I heard last night? I am “prayerfully hopeful” it is true. That’s a massive upgrade from my self-placed standard status of “skeptically hopeful” about information I receive. It certainly could NOT have come from a more important source, hence the upgrade and my hopeful anticipation. 4) The timing I shared above has come from multiple locations and sources that would know. So, that is why I’m drawing your attention towards that date. There are also others from different forums that I don’t speak to who have also shared Sunday the 21st being a critical date. 5) Maliki re-enters Parliament on Sunday. Could we see the official government be announced on that day, or at least the “Big 3″ announced? 6) What’s the purpose of the new holiday Maliki claims to be announcing on Sunday that will officially be celebrated on the 26th? Interesting coincidence? 7) I’m choosing to keep my thoughts on Q1 of 2011 just to guard against another let-down if nothing more. I don’t want any more of those. Anyway, it appears there are a few things, tied in with several calls that have poured into me unsolicited that have caught my attention, even unto awareness.
