Can anyone help me an intelligent explanation to the following question: If it is rv-ing real soon, then why does Iraq continue to sell dinar at 1170, and if they are calling in the large bills--why can dealers continue to sell them? I do not understand Iraq selling dinar that is suppose to go up 1000% shortly---
