hello all,i am new to this site,but i am not new to the investment for i bought mine in iraq at the end of 2003.i believe you have to look at the fills of iraq and how many make up a doller....it is like the kuwait money at .29 when it is exchanged it takes over 3 dollers to make one kuwaitie dinar...so ny thinking is if the rate is .20 that would be a little over 2usd....jmo -
