This link shows current exchange rates, the Chase rumor is saying that they have the new exchange rate on their screens. Two totally different things. The banks with have forewarning to prepare, before it comes out on forex, for the influx of people coming in to their banks to cash in.

I can understand that, but this was someone breaking down new articles released from Iraq, I didn't read any definite dates or rates or such.

I can't believe how much negativity there is on someone posting some good opinions on info that is coming out of Iraq! If there wasn't any posting from other sites you would have no opinions(or have very very little) to even read. Be grateful for people posting these posts!

well like I stated when was the last time he did that? Not trying to bash, just making a point that's it's nice to get other peoples opinions on a regular basis. There's been an awful lot of articles coming out of Iraq and it nice to get some opinions on them.
