Steve Thanks for all you do . I tend to agree no need for date and rate for the future . It would seem that just another smoke screen by the iraqi Gov and CBI . They have stated these changes several times now over the last couple of years and after they seem to get a up tick in interest in the dinar they turn around and state things are ok as they are. So most of us feel we will just have to wait until the oil flow increases to create the increase in the value of the dinar. Thanks again Zeeke

Does Ali still think there will be a further play in the Dinar to rise in value and will his bank be open for the future possible play should some of us like to leave something on table for further rise in the dinar. great post thanks for making clear the GCC status , but as you also mention the question about ECC to pass. you mention in your last post that at he end of the day even if not passed the RV could still take place now it would seem it would not with out it .You seem to be able to gather very good intel about each item how about the ECC what is in this proposal that could not allow the RV to take place maybe we can gather what is out there on ECC to see just what that answer is?
