  1. Okay Adam, I'm good to go now with Email #2! You were right, it was in my Junk folder, LOL.
  2. Got the (Test 1) email Adam but, still waiting for the (Test 2) email.
  3. Hey thanks unirod and 64jaguar, I'll wait a little while before requesting another temp password and then I'll try your advice. I don't want to piss them off just yet. They could really use a decent web designer over there, but I'm sure all of that will come in good time as they have to deal more and more with the outside world. Thanks again!
  4. Hey DoD, I first started by trying to get ahold of the usual suspects: Mohammad Issa, Laith Alamir and Ashraf Amr, but I just addressed the email as “Dear Sirs” because I’m never sure of who is still there or not. I’m pretty sure that Mohammad Issa is still there but not completely sure. I believe, they are all at these addresses with Warka: e-bank@warka-bank-iq.com e-bank.ms@warka-bank-iq.com ifrd@warka-bank-iq.com When I didn’t get any replies from Warka, I then sent and email to the CBI at these addresses: cbi@cbi.iq cbi@cbiraq.org I did not receive a direct response from the CBI, but Warka did reply to me within about 4-5 days after I had sent an email to the CBI. This is similar to what I’ve heard from other Warka account holders. Apparently the CBI has some clout and will get you a response from Warka. Hope that helps DoD!
  5. Has anyone had any luck deciphering exactly what the FREAKING formula is, that is required, to change your FREAKING temporary password (given from Warka) to a new one without locking yourself out and having to request another temporary password and start this whole crazy cycle over again? The requirements are: (1) 6 characters long, (2) 6 letters from the alphabet and (3) 0 numbers. So basically, all you can have is a 6-letter character password with no numerics involved and maybe symbols of some sort but they don't specify, so no-one really knows and there is no feed back other than, "Wrong Password". But, they don't specify which one is wrong or doesn't meet criteria, the Temp Password or the New One. A totally ridiculous password criteria setup for what could potentially be an account worth millions of USD, but thats another topic. For now I just want to know how to change my temporary password to a new one without locking out my account. Can anyone help here?
  6. Hello, I have recently renewed my DinarVets VIP membership and cannot confirm if payment was received and cannot access the VIP forum. I have tried paying twice, the last being 29 Sep, 2010. Can you please advise and let me know what the problem is? If you need a copy of my receipt I can provide it in a word doc. Thank you, Leoheart
  7. OK, thanks guys! That makes me feel a bit better about the issue. I have been doing quite a bit of research and did come accros dinarbanker.com where they discussed this. I figured that it was a sales pitch, like Chang mentioned, but wanted to make sure that I was not missing something. I figured that something that important would have probably been mentioned in Adam Montana's book "Real RV Intel". Thanks for the update Guys!
  8. Can anyone tell me if you are required to prove where you received or purchased your Dinars from, before you can deposit them or exchange them into your American bank account after the RV? I have several million that I have picked up along the way from the US Military Finance overseas. I know my source is legitimate and I know they all have the proper security features, but did not think it was necessary to prove where I purchased the Dinars from. How hard will it be for me to exchange my Dinars when they RV?
  9. Thanks SexyDinar, That is about what I expected, but was just looking for clarification on the matter. Knowing how things role here, I knew that it would probably be awhile. I was looking for a ballpark amount of time and you provided that. Take care...
  10. Hey Ron, Thanks for your comments. The only Warka branch that we have access to is in the IZ in Baghdad. I do not get to Baghdad that often and do not know when I will be back in Baghdad. There is a branch in Ad Diwaniyah, outside the wire and off base, where I am located but for obvious reasons is inaccessible to us. For these reasons I went on line to open an account with Warka but was not sure what the next step would be. I was hoping that someone on this forum would know from experience how the next step goes. Do you get notified by email or post of your new account with all the particulars, account number, etc? Thanks, Leoheart
  11. Hello all, I am a contractor in Iraq but have been contracting for the last eight years. I first bought Iraqi Dinars back in 2004, while contracting in Bosnia, and have been sitting on them since. I have recently sent in an application for a Warka account and will diversify that way hoping to move my eggs around a bit and protect my assets. I am looking forward to chatting with you all and exploring the forums and getting news about the IQD. Good luck to you all and may God bless us on our ventures.
  12. Hey can anyone tell me how Warka notifies you once your account is set up? Is it by email, or post? I am in Iraq now and am anxiously awaiting a response but don't know if I should be looking for it back home at my home address or in my email. If it goes back home it will take me considerably longer to get the information since mail can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to get to me where I am now in Iraq.
