I hope all had a very Merry Christmas.
I preface my question by saying I do not have any knowledge concerning the order things are to take regarding global currencies, meaning I’m not as versed as many of you are. Having said that I’ve been involved in this investment since 2009.
my question is simply this. If Iraq lowered there exchange rate as they did last year around this time with what looks like no permission or need to ask permission. What keeps them from raising the exchange rate in like fashion. Thank you for any knowledge you all can share. Have a happy New year!
