Austrialia did this kind of thing in the 1970's when they were producing iron ore to produce steel. The Central bank of Austrialia were force to revalue their currency because of this. Just think this is just iron ore, Iraq has plenty of oil that can easily be pumped out, with china and India, almost half of the world's population need their oil in their growing economy....
