If you are not immediately able to access the VIP area (click here to check), do this: Simply email VIP@dinarvets.com with your username and the name on the Credit Card. Sara or I will verify the payment and manually add your VIP access within ONE BUSINESS DAY. ---- (I usually fix it within 6 hours, but please allow one business day.
