My son also has a rare genetic disorder. I knew it when I adopted him, being able to help in some small way would be amazing! Thank you very much Sxsess, I wish the same for you! In a long ago time, I was the wife of a service man, so I appreciate and respect the sacrifice you have given to us. Thank you so much. I know our service men and women are an excellent cause, however, I am not sure of the best groups to participate in where they will benefit the most. Thank you again....

This is only my second post because I fear people being mean, but I wanted to say thank you for this thoughtful insight. It is something I think a lot about in recent times as my special needs son and I have been on the receiving end from others with generous hearts due to some things that have deeply affected us; so my heart and mind remain clear that 'giving back' is on top of my priority list.
