This department was founded for the purpose of promoting the economic development process and the creation of a free economy depends on efficient private sector activity.

First: Department of the Iraqi Trade Information Center

The center provides information support and technical backing to businessmen, investors and facilitate the business using modern technologies and open new markets to the private sector and activate the interdependence between them and their partners in the world through:

Third Department of Investment:

The department is to encourage and promote investment and attract foreign investors to take advantage of their expertise to contribute to the transfer of modern technology to Iraq and provide jobs for the unemployed in Iraq through: -

VI : Export support Fund: -

1. Fund was established in 1969 by law No. (6) to support the Iraqi exports and promote their entry
