The Problem - Who Owns Your Name

Not establishing legal title puts one in a position where someone else can benefit from your work and/or creations. In the common sense, we can identify with the need to protect creative works of art such as books, poems, inventions, and the like but what we may not be aware that someone can also copywrite your name and in effect have ownership of everything created in that name.

Imagine waking up one day only to realize that everything you worked all your life for was not owned by you. Furthermore, you find out unbeknown to you that everything you did was done under the name of a corporation. You investigate a little further and you find out that this corporation has tied you into multiple contractural obligations - and here you are paying in the corporation's name for this and this and this ... adnaseum, effectively bleeding away everything you make. Does this sound like a nightmare or does this sound like real life? Well that sound you hear is your wake up call.

A Hypothetical Question - Are you the beneficiary?

Welcome to the real world 'as it operates under the Uniform Commercial Code'. The UCC as its known has been adopted in virtually all the countries in the world. Its what all your laws are based on, its what all your lawyers are trained in, its what all your courts base their decisions on. Consider the UCC as the rule book or the operating and procedual manual for all commercial activity or all exchange of energy in the form of all intellectual property, goods and services.

You see the UCC is an artificial creation, in the sense it is man made laws or codes governing commerce. Everything that operates in this artificial world is contractual. In other words in order to receive something you must give up something of equal value. In that sense a contract promotes fair exchange or commerce. All communication is conducted on paper and in this artificial world whenever you respond to or sign your name you are entering into contract whether you are aware of it or not. The presumption is that you are fully aware of what you are doing and obligating your self to.

Commerce will not work if either party does not fullfill their obligations in contract. And so rules of conduct or procedure are of prime importance. Technically, not honouring or fullfilling ones obligations puts one in dishonour. This is quite serious as your ability to function in commerce hinges on your reputation to be true to your obligations.

This UCC game on the chessboard of life is all about energy, your life's energy, either you in this are the full beneficary of your intellectual and/or physcial efforts or you are not. If you are not the owner of your name in commerce then you are not the owner of all you created under that name and you are not the one who benefits from the results of your efforts ( you are not the beneficiary). In addition you are also tied into all obligations which that name that 'trade name' or 'trademark' is contractually tied into. In effect you are exchanging energy for preceived benefits that may or may not serve you.

One of the pitfalls in contract is unwittingly trading your natural birth rights for perceived benefits which your already have in common law. Using the UCC's own rules of procedures you can rectify or delink yourself from any or all contractual obligations if you perceive it not to be in your best interest.

To understand who you are, first you must understand who you ARE NOT!

As a child, you have had an imaginary friend. You may be surprised to learn that evidence exists that you have had a make-believe twin from the time your mother and father permitted a Birth Certificate to be filed for you. This make-believe friend is not real, but artificial. It is a straw man, an artificial entity that has a name very similar to yours. Here is a definition of straw man:

"A front'; a third party who is put up in name only to take part in a transaction. Nominal party to a transaction ..." [black's Law Dictionary, 6th Edition]

"The term is also used in commercial and property contexts when a transfer is made to a party, the straw man, simply for the purpose of retransferring to the transferor in order to accomplish some purpose not otherwise permitted." [barron's, 3rd Edition]

So, in layman's terms, what is a straw man? The straw man is an artificial person. The straw man was created by law shortly after you were born via the registration of the application for your birth certificate. The name for the straw man is your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. You will notice that the inscription on the birth certificate is your name in all-capital letters.

The English language has precise rules of grammar that make no provision for writing proper nouns in all-capital letters. So, your name spelled with all-capital letters is a fictitious name. Your straw man has a same-sounding name as your name, but is an artificial entity which exists only "by force of or in contemplation of law." The all-caps name is not your "true name" which consists of the given (Christian) name plus the surname (family name), and appears with only initial letters capitalized. The all-caps version of your name is a TRADE NAME, the name under which you "do business."

We may also say that the straw man is a "person" according to the legal dictionary.

A straw man may also be thought of as a "legal fiction."

As we explore further, we must distinguish between the straw man (an it or person), and the real,flesh and blood being (human being) which we will call a "man." "Man" has a legal definition.

"A human being. A person of the male sex. A male of the human species above the age of puberty. In the most extended sense the term includes not only the adult male sex of the human species, but women and children. . In feudal law, a vassal; a tenant or feudatory." [blacks Law Dictionary, 5th Edition]

So we conclude that "man" is a term of nature. But who created nature? Some would say God, others would say the Creator (a term often used by the founder of our country), while others might hold a different view. On the other hand, we see "person" as a term of the civil law. Who is the creator of civil law?

i used this info for 3 court cases in 2001 and 2002 , i was served with court papers by a marshal 3 times for 3 different cases , i never showed up for any court date and after several letters from the courts and after responding to every letter with certain supreme court cases as references they all where dropped and never heard anything since because i was not the person they were trying to sue

Just let them know they have the wrong person. The person they are looking for was created by the government and is flush with cash and more than happy to pay any debt! Its called a Birth Cert, When you dock a ship you have to have a Birth Cert. So when you are born you have touched ground -So you need this.These numbers are on you cert. and it tell them who and where you are, There ia an number on it that is traded on the Bond stock exchange. So Now you look at the writing on it- It is ALL in large caps. This makes you a corporation. With this you carry the debt. This all for the control This is why people are opting out. Yet when you give birth and you dont sign up for a cert the GOV steps in and takes your child because they OWN that child. You dont. The same for a Drivers Lic. WHY should you have one when you dont use your Pu truck for commercial use. Alic is only for commercial use. the same as a car. A Lic is for that. If you have a lic. then you make a living. So why do you need one ? Because the system says you do because it tells them where you are, You have to know who you are- If you dont you are screwed. If someone asked you do ou know who you are and you say your name you will be screwed if someone asked you if you are a human being then you are screwed if you say yes.
