Their country was unlawfully invaded .... their citizens murdered and tortured .... their resources destroyed (remember the oil wells on fire) and countless historical artifacts and millions/billions of property stolen.Now all they ask for is assurances of security, recognized borders, etc.Glad to see you're looking at the big picture and not just how you can benefit.
