People want to know what the hold up is,well i'll tell you, MALIKI AND ALLAWI!!!!!! The HCL,CHAPTER 7,SECURITY ,DEFENSE and INTERIOR MINESTRIES along with MALIKI not being willing to follow the arbil agreement.How many times have these issues been brought to the forefront only to be held up by the power struggle between MALIKI & ALLAWI.This pissing match has litterally caused a roadblock to IRAQ'S progress and allowed IRANIAN controlled terrorist (AL-SADR) to continue attacks on iraqi's and americans without consequence due to the completion of a government body with a INTERIOR DEFENSE SECURITY SYSTEM.MALIKI WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ACTING AS IN CHARGE OF THE MILITARY BUT HAS DONE NOTHING TO STOP THE BOMBINGS OR TERRORISTIC ATTACKS FROM IRAN,WHY? REMEMBER WHO HELPED HIM GET HIS POSITION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
