I'm starting to believe in the two tiered rv system- current dinar will be traded at certain rate for a new international dinar which will then have an exchange rate set against the us dollar-- this makes investors work to find two different spreads to eventually realize their investment making that many more middlemen that much happier....We all win!!!...i think?

I think what you mean is a two-tier exchange rate one inside Iraq and one outside iraq Just like Venezuela

but yes that would work and is kinda what they are doing now with the SDR exchange rate they buy there most important goods with SDR.
