Al-Sadr Trend, revealed Thursday, intention to transform the security agreement to memoranda of understanding between us and the Iraqi ministries, while pointing out that this will make the parliament in isolation, as the ministries do not need لموافقات parliamentary, confirmed that the movement will not be allowed to pass it.

He said, the representative of the al-sadri movement, Abdul Jabbar, in an interview to "لسومرية News", that "the Iraqi government intends, behind-the-scenes, to turn the security agreement signed between Baghdad and Washington to memoranda of understanding between U.S.-Iraqi ministries," he pointed out that "the purpose of this is not to the issue of the withdrawal of U.S. troops from the country's current to the Iraqi parliament since the agreements between the ministries did not need parliamentary approval," he said.

Said Abdul Jabbar, a deputy of the Wasit governorate, that "the agreements and memoranda of understanding are no different from the process to keep the US existence in Iraq," he said, rejecting outright the sadrist movement of such practices, " he said.

Abdul Jabbar pointed out that "the movement will seek to pressure through the parliament or blocs, not to pass such agreements, an act that will inflame the Iraqi street," said
