The Arbil agreement just might have some teeth to make sure that these GOI Ministers do what they were elected to do... Perhaps a magnifying glass called the Arbil will assist in the 100 day evaluation and thus slap hands... President Talibani should step up to the plate and delegate to get everyone on the same page... By the way, When does Parliament return from their recess?
