I can't get this to translate to english....but the cartoon I can guess what the text says.....!! Looks like a Maliki sketch to me...even Iraq has a sense of humor! Only guessing but had to share ...made me laugh!!!

....but sketch showed a man climbing a ladder to get to the top of this throne...and he has a saw and he's cutting off all the legs of the ladder as he climbs up....really funny....
