Thank you for your email.

We are unlikely to offer the Dinar since it is currently illegal for US firms to do business in Iraq without government approval.

It is also unlikely that we will add the pair until the fraudelent activity regarding old Dinar is addressed by the government.

We typically only offer high liquidity pairs for trading and look to expand in that direction in the future.

sent Forex an email and asked them if the Iraqi Dinar would soon be listed on the Forex Exchange. Here is the response:

This is typical of forex though. I trade forex for a living and forex brokers don't offer every single currency in the world for trading. They offer the major pairs and some other ones sometimes, like the Hong Kong dollar or the Singapore dollar, but I would never expect any broker to offer the IQD for trading no matter what happens with it. Maybe some middle eastern forex brokers might allow it, but any brokers here in the US or Europe will probably not offer it.

I also talked to Forex they don't trade any middle eastern countries nor china, do you know why. I heard there is some back room talk in the middleast about oil producing countries coming up with their own currencie

i hope to God that they dont come up with a new currency's that would just suck.... i dont want to deal with that drama. GO RV!

Someone told me that she saw a posting on this chat about an article or something similar on the Forex site stating the IQD will RV soon. Did Forex really make a statement like that?
